Maybe not the best Con, but definetly our best Con
Y'all! Dragon Con was amazing. The people are welcoming, the communities are numerous, and of all the cons we've been to, I would say DragonCon has the most personality. As mentioned, we got to participate in FOUR panels, mostly about indie-filmmaking, and people soaked us up. I don't know if it was cuz we were from Los Angeles or if what we had to say resonated with everyone, but we were treated like royalty compared to the other cons. I suppose being on panels kind of sets up that way. It was fun to see the Con from the other side of the table. Every other Con we were in the audience and seeking advice from the panelists, and this time it was the other way around. Plus, I got to see my cousin, and we created a fun little video that I'll edit and put out within a couple weeks. Suffice it to say, EverJo made a mark on some people and we started relationships with filmmakers that I hope will turn out to be fruitful. Thank you Dragon Con. Will definitely come back next year!
